Cool green accents. A natural, calming palette for focused writing.

Rose

Soft pink highlights. A gentle, warm alternative with subtle character.

Sapphire

Neutral gray palette. Minimal and understated for pure focus on content.

Themes designed for writers

Glyphmark's themes aren't just color swaps. Each one is carefully tuned so that headings, links, code blocks, and UI elements maintain proper contrast and visual hierarchy. Accent colors are chosen to be noticeable without being harsh, and backgrounds are dark enough to be comfortable without being so dark that text becomes hard to read.

Instant switching

Changing themes takes one click or keyboard shortcut. Open the command palette, pick a theme, and the entire interface updates instantly — editor, preview panel, toolbar, and all. There's no page reload and no flash. Your choice is saved to local storage, so the next time you open Glyphmark, your preferred theme is already active.

Built on a dark foundation

All six themes share Glyphmark's dark-mode-first design philosophy. There's no light variant because every theme is purpose-built for dark backgrounds. This means syntax highlighting, the live preview panel, and even Mermaid diagrams look great regardless of which theme you choose.

Match your mood, match your workflow

Some writers prefer the warmth of Amber for late-night journaling, the professionalism of Sapphire for documentation, or the minimalism of Slate for distraction-free blog writing. Having multiple themes isn't about decoration — it's about finding the visual environment where you write best.
